Civic Exchanges launches policy framework, annual review and green group summit
on nature conservation in Hong Kong

發表自然保育政策框架及年度撿討計劃
Recent incidents at Nam Sang Wai and Tai Long Sai Wan have raised public concern for nature conservation higher than ever before. Civic Exchange is holding a press conference to announce three new initiatives to protect and enhance Hong Kong’s biodiversity and its impact on the global environment. 有鑑於近日南生圍及大浪西灣事件引起社會各界對自然保育的關注，為保護及改善本地生物多樣性，以及切合現時國際對自然保育要求，思匯政策研究所將舉行記者會，公佈三項倡議：
- A new policy framework for nature conservation based on the Convention for Biological Diversity 根據生物多樣性公約而製訂的一個全新政策框架；
- An annual review of biodiversity and conservation action in Hong Kong 每年監測和檢討生物多樣性及本地保育行動成效；and/及
- The first summit of Hong Kong’s environmental NGOs with a strong focus on nature conservation actions 舉行香港首個以自然保育為主題的環保團體聯合會議
Representatives of Civic Exchange, WWF, Designing Hong Kong, Save Nam Sang Wai Group, Friends of Tai Long Wan and Friends of Tai Long Sai Wan will deliver a presentation and be available to answer questions relating to these new initiatives. 思匯政策研究所、世界自然基金會、創建香港、救救南生圍、大浪灣之友和西貢大浪灣關注組代表，將出席並解答有關新建議措施的問題。
